A strong contingent of twenty Wizards participated in the Herts Open Pickleball Tournival on Saturday January 20th, held at the Hertfordshire Sports Village. A Tournival is a cross between a festival (with the aim of playing with and against lots of different people) and a tournament (where there are fixed pairings). Nevertheless, it is competitive and there are medals to play for!
Wizards enjoyed a successful event and enjoyed the mixed and gender doubles throughout the day. Andy Tallyn, Tim Gill, Wendy Randall, Philip Cohen and Marion Kipping all picked up medals.
